  • All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible from our domestic and international warehouses.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for handling and processing of your order.

Delivery Time Frame:

  • Our typical delivery time frame is approximately 8-10 business days.

  • Depending on your location, you may receive your items much earlier.

  • During our busy season, please allow for extra time as postal delays may occur. Additionally, factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided for every order.

  • Please note that there may be additional delays beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections.

Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return Policy:

At Danny and Jones, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom orders and duffle bags are not eligible for return.

  • This policy does not apply to orders shipped outside India.

  • This policy does not apply to customized shoes.

  • Seconds: Once an order is replaced or exchanged, it cannot be exchanged, replaced, or returned again.

  • Purchases made using discount codes or offers are eligible only for exchange or replacements, not refunds.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return.

  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund or Replacement:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • If you prefer a replacement, please indicate the desired item when initiating the return.

4. Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it is received.

  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
